AgenticEmail ("we") provides email infrastructure for AI agents at agenticemail.dev, app.agenticemail.dev, and api.agenticemail.dev. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address, organization name, and authentication details when you sign up.

Email content. Messages sent and received through your inboxes are processed and stored so we can provide the service: delivery, parsing, threading, search, webhooks, and real-time events. This content belongs to you. We access it only to operate the service, when you ask us to for support, or when the law requires it. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

Operational data. Request logs (IP address, endpoint, timestamps, API key ID) and delivery metadata (bounces, opens, clicks where enabled), kept to run, secure, and debug the service and to enforce rate limits.

How we use and share it

We use data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service and to communicate with you about it. We share data only with the infrastructure subprocessors needed to run AgenticEmail (cloud hosting and email delivery providers), under agreements that limit their use of it. We never sell personal data or email content to third parties or advertisers.

Retention and your rights

Email content is retained while your account is active; deleting an inbox or your account deletes its messages from production systems, with backups expiring on a rolling schedule. You can export your data over the API at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@agenticemail.dev, and we will respond within 30 days.
