Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AgenticEmail ("we") covering your use of agenticemail.dev, app.agenticemail.dev, our APIs, SDKs, and related services. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.

The service

AgenticEmail provides email infrastructure for software and AI agents: programmatic inboxes that send and receive email, APIs, webhooks, real-time events, and related tooling. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis except where a paid plan states otherwise.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secret, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys, including agents and automations you operate. Tell us at hello@agenticemail.dev if you believe an account or key is compromised.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no spam, no phishing or impersonation, nothing illegal, no malware, no abuse of shared infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, immediately and without notice where the violation is serious.

Shared domains

Free and paid plans include addresses on shared domains we operate (for example mcpcloud.ai). These addresses are provided as a convenience: certain names are reserved, generated names are assigned on the free tier, and choosing a specific name requires a paid plan. Addresses on shared domains remain part of our infrastructure — if your account is terminated for cause or deleted, they may be reclaimed. For addresses you control outright, connect your own domain.

Plans, billing, and changes

Free tier limits (such as the number of inboxes and monthly messages) are enforced by the service and may change with notice. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via our payment processor, Stripe; taxes may apply. If a payment fails and remains unpaid after a reasonable retry period, we may downgrade or suspend the account. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your content

You own the messages and data you send, receive, and store through the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate it — transmitting, storing, parsing, and displaying your messages to you and your integrations. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and do not use your message content to train AI models.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for material breach of these terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), for legal or security reasons, or for extended non-payment. Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to export your data. Deliberate abuse — spam, phishing, or attacks on the shared infrastructure — may result in immediate termination without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

Email is a best-effort medium: we do not guarantee that any particular message will be delivered, accepted, or read, and third-party mail providers apply their own filtering we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice — by email or in the dashboard — and the changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after notice, except where a change is needed urgently for legal or security reasons. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
